SANCTIONS AGAINST SERBIA AND MONTENEGRO
1. Please refer to your letter of today on the MV Hanuman.
I have heard overnight that the Hanuman has now been released by the Pakistanis due to them not finding any evidence of its connection to Serbia or Montenegro.
The US are still considering their position. I will inform you of developments as soon as they occur.
