I would be very grateful if you would cast an eye over the attached draft letter to Annette Lee and let me know if you have any difficulties with it. The draft is based upon your advice to me about the status of the EC Arms Embargo against "Yugoslavia" and the attached minutes from Ms Brooks and Mr
Aust.
2.
You will see Ms Brooks makes the point that the EPC Decision implementing the EC Arms Embargo could be given effect in Hong Kong by directions to the Hong Kong Government. However, there seems little point in this as, in practice, Hong Kong is already implementing the Arms Embargo.
