Please refer to your letter of today to Charles Hollis. I have been asked to reply.
2. I can confirm that the AIRE F is on the UN Sanctions Committee list of vessels believed to be owned or controlled from Serbia and Montenegro.
3. You should impound the vessel on the strength of this list. It would be for the Maltese front company (Oktoih Overseas Shipping Ltd) to prove that the vessel is not Serbian or Montegrin owned. We would all be very surprised if they could do so.
