This section should be completed by all posts, supervising departments, where appropriate functional and administrative departments, geographical AUSs and where appropriate functional and administrative AUSs. Posts should then send the section to their supervising department, copied to TMS, RFD. Supervising departments should copy this section of posts' returns to Cultural Relations Department, Information Department and other functional departments as appropriate. Departments should then complete their returns (with supervising departments taking into account posts' returns), and submit them to their supervising AUSs, giving them the same copying distribution. AUSS should then complete their returns, copying them to their departments, TMS, RFD and appropriate AUSS.
