This page should be completed by posts in countries in receipt of aid (including countries in receipt of Know How Fund assistance) and sent to their supervising department, copied to APD, ODA, the appropriate ODA geographical department (or JAU as appropriate), the development division (where one exists) and TMS, RFD.
The supervising department should in turn compiere ine section, taking account of posts' comments and send it to their supervising AUS, copied to APD, ODA, the appropriate ODA geographical Under Secretary and TMS, RFD.
Supervising AUSS should complete the section in the light of departments' returns and send it to the PFO, copied to TMS, RFD, their departments and APD, ODĄ.
