(3) Stop List. The list below is the minimum list of subjects which may not be reported without prior agreement of CBFHK through his PR staffs. It will be amended in the light of circumstances prevailing at the time:

(a) Composition and location of ships, units and aircraft.

(b)

Details of military movements.

(c)

Operational orders.

(a)

Plans or intentions.

(e)

Own or hostile casualties.

(f)

Organisation.

(g)

Tactics, weapon capabilities, deployments.

(h)

Camouflage methods.

(j) Names or numbers of ships, units and aircraft.

9. Accreditation. MOD is responsible for accreditation policy of correspondents who join existing forces in Hong Kong. Local or foreign correspondents already in the operational area should be accredited where possible after their names and organisations have been cleared with MOD and HKG.

SERVICE SUPPORT

Transport. In the operational area, correspondents may, at their own risk, accompany PR staffs in Service transport on a space-available basis. Accredited correspondents present

will be given priority.

Clothing and Equipment. Accredited correspondents joining the Force at any time should be briefed to arrive equipped with their own clothing and equipment to enable them to perform their role in adverse conditions. In extremis media representative may be loaned items of uniform or specialist equipment eg NBC suits, steel helmets etc.

12. Accommodation. Accommodation may be provided by the Services where commercial accommodation cannot be found. Usual charges will be raised. Correspondents are to be accommodated only where directed by PR staff.
