(2) Details of the contracted airline(s) will be passed to Ha ARS in DOMS and CCO (FE) (RAF).
C. Hd ARS and/or CCO (RAF) will serve as the MOD points of contract to co rdinate the contract for its duration. They will ensure that the following information is passed to HQ BF Hong Kong for dissemination at the earliest opportunity:
(1) The number and types of aircraft to be deployed on the task.
(2) The estimated time of arrival at both Brunei and Hong Kong International Airports of each sortie.
(3) The configuration of each aircraft, the number of seats available to passengers and the maximum payload offered for freight (as applicable).
