SECRET UK EYES A
a. By ATF aircraft which are in the area and can be diverted for the task, or which would be despatched from the UK for this purpose, or
b. By civil aircraft chartered in Brunei or Hong Kong.
From UK. This plan is based on the move of reinforcements from UK to Hong Kong using the ATF, supplemented as necessary by civil passenger and cargo aircraft (see para 12). Advance parties may be moved by scheduled commercial flights for reasons of speed and to disguise the initiation of reinforcement.

41. Air Routes for Reinforcement. The primary deployment route for reinforcement from the UK will be the Westabout Reinforcement Route. However, if diplomatic clearances can be obtained in time for overflight and staging facilities an Eastabout route may be used with a consequent reduction in deployment times.
