As any deployment could involve the movement of a large number of troops, the following movement assets may be required:
An Army Movements Team.

NOTICE TO MOVE
15. JFHQ Shopping List Personnel. JFHQ Shopping List personnel are at 5 days notice to report to the Air Mounting Centre (AMC) South Cerney and are at a further 2 days notice to move.
16. Royal Navy. Naval personnel are at normal notice (7 days). Elements of Fleet Standby Rifle Coy are at reduced notice to move.
17. Army. Army units in the UK are at normal notice (7 days) except for the following formations:
Spearhead Gp.

Leading Elms at 24 hrs NTE.
(2)
Inf Bn Gp at 72 hrs NTE.
b.
NTM.
(3)
Remainder at 7 days NTE.
Leading Parachute Battalion Group (LPBG). At 5 days
An increased readiness state for the Brunei battalion can be requested by HQBF Hong Kong by the issue of the relevant code word (see para 107).
18. Royal Air Force.
a.
Sufficient aircraft of the Air Transport Force (ATF), together with supporting elements can be made available within 72 hours to deploy the reinforcements in this plan.
Aircraft are at short notice (24 hours) to lift leading elements of the SPEARHEAD group.
