10. Provision of Reinforcement Battalions. Reinforcements to be provided under this plan will be from UK and/or Brunei. will be decided at the time from which theatre the reinforce- ments are to come but both sources could be involved. Reinforcement battalions from UK should include the UK Gurkha battalion if available. The Brunei Gurkha battalion could be deployed, if HMG so decided after consultation with HM The Sultan, either as the initial reinforcement battalion or as part of the full reinforcement. Should this reinforcement be more than short term, this unit may be relieved by a unit from the UK (see Para 5).
11. Royal Air Force. Individual reinforcements and elements of the units listed below will be nominated by HQ STC/38 Gp or PMOC Innsworth as indicated:

(a) Route Activation Parties (Annex A, Appendix 1, Tables 1 and 2 for Westabout or Eastabout routes respectively).
(b) Mobile Air Movements Squadron (MAMS) teams for deployment to Hong Kong and possibly Brunei.
(c) RAF Regiment Field Squadron Reconnaissance Group.
(d) Selected elements (drivers and bowser operators) of the Tactical Supply Wing (TSW).
