The Team Leaders will alert their respective Members accordingly and for better co-ordination of the reserve list will inform AOSG'C' when it has to be called upon.

Officers should try their very best to make their own transport arrangements but if there is any genuine difficulty, Team Leaders should either arrange for a replacement from the reserve list (which should be resorted to only when the transport problem is confined to the area of the officer's residence) or request DS to provide transport.
12.
Officers requesting transport should, however, be reminded that to facilitate arrangements, they may have to leave home some time earlier than they would otherwise have had to.
Monitoring of TV and Radio Output
13.
A team should assemble at least 15 minutes before the start of its shift. The Team Leader will allocate monitoring duties to the seven Members as
follows :
(a) TVB Jade
(b) ATV Home
(c) TVB Pearl
14.
(d) ATV World
(e) Radio
If necessary, Team Leaders should exercise discretion to allocate duties in a different manner
in order to monitor more closely particular channels.
