The Administrative Officer Staff Grade 'C' (or in his absence the Chief Executive Officer and the Administrative Officer) will assist CTEL in discharging the responsibilities listed in Paragraph He (or the CEO) will take over the responsibilities when CTEL is required to attend IPC or is absent from the office for other reasons.

Working to the AOSG'C' will be four teams, each composed of a Team Leader (CESCO/SEO) and four Members (ESCOs/EOs).

The four teams will work, in rotation, on 8-hour shifts, with Team A working the first shift after this contingency plan has been activated. Shift hours are as follows :
