Curfews
14.
As soon as serious civil disturbances seem imminent, the Department Secretary will obtain from Security Branch a sufficient supply of curfew warrants for issue to Key officers who may have to travel during a curfew. He will maintain records of warrants issued and will ensure that all directives by Security Branch concerning them are complied with.

will liaise with the Police over security measures
Broadcasting House, Television House, Educational Television Centre and the Town Office at Queensway Government Offices Building.
Domestic Arrangements
16.
When informed of the activation of the contingency plan, the Departmental Secretary will ensure the availability of food and drink for staff on duty and will, if necessary, provide sleeping accommodation for them.
