INFORMATION
It will be especially important during civil disturbances for
Government to ensure the
dissemination of accurate
and reliable information,
particularly as parts of the news media
might be subverted in
an attempt to distort news of
the situation in Hong Kong.
The Government's information
efforts would need to be
co-ordinated centrally to
a far greater degree than normal.
