In an emergency situation, SHA will decide, in consultation with the Government Secretariat Emergency Coordination Centre (GSECC), when the CNTA Headquarters Emergency Co-ordination Centre (ECC) on the 30th Floor, Southorn Centre, Wanchai should be activated.
