The Publicity Unit will be headed by the Senior Information Officer supported by the staff of the other units seconded as necessary.
ADMINISTRATION

In all probability it will be necessary for the five departmental emergency units (see paragraph 3 of Section 2) and certain sections of the Marine Department to be fully manned on the announcement of a curfew. Personnel likely to be required must try to be in position before the curfew comes into force.
24.
Curfew passes for essential personnel will be obtained from Security Branch through the Civil Control Centre at the first signs of an emergency.
