Particularly if curfews are imposed, consideration will be given to declaring some or all of those MTR premises and facilities listed in the Annexure to this Part as Closed Areas.

The MTR depots are surrounded by high perimeter fences and are patrolled by security guards.
CURFEW WARRANTS

Curfew warrants will be issued to essential staff under arrangements made by the MTRC and the Emergency Transport Coordination Centre (ETCC) of Transport Department. The ETCC will ensure that a sufficient supply is obtained from Security Branch as soon as an emergency begins to evolve.
ESSENTIAL STAFF
8.
It may be necessary for essential staff to remain at work and cease to travel between work and home. Accommodation, food, transport and welfare facilities will be provided for them. Non-essential staff will remain at home.
ELECTRICITY SUPPLY
9.
The MTR Police District will, guard essential electricity supply points at the following locations :
Admiralty Station;
(a)
(b)
Chai Wan Depot;
(c) Kowloon Bay Depot; and
(d) Kwai Fong Station.
COMMUNICATIONS
