CHAPTER 12

FOOD CONTROL

Should problems loom regarding

the supply of food to the Public,

the Food Unit will be established by the

Director of Agriculture and Fisheries

to take whatever regulatory

measures may be necessary.

This chapter sets out the basic steps

which will be followed.

The detailed arrangements will have

to be tailored to the nature of

the emergency.
