The Hong Kong Oxygen & Acetylene Co. Ltd. the sole supplier of essential industrial and medical gases in Hong Kong. The Company will attempt to maintain the supply of these gases (listed in the Annexure to
this Part) during a civil emergency for use by the medical services, Security Forces, and other essential users.

The Hong Kong Oxygen main office and secondary factory is located at San Shek Wan, Hang Hau, Clearwater Bay (which is on the East shore of Junk Bay about one mile off the Clearwater Bay Road and directly across from Rennies Mill). Essential gases are distributed from the factory to consumers by the Company's Own transport or by contracted transport on a daily basis.

No. 2, Section N, S.S.2, Tai Po Industrial Estate, N.T, which has the air separation and carbon dioxide plants, where an extended range and quantity of gases are stored.
