The following vital services are provided with emergency generating equipment or other standby arrangements and therefore have a lower priority for supplies than the services listed in paragraph 5 :

Repairs

The Companies will be responsible for carrying out repairs to their own systems. Initially it will only be possible to carry out very urgent
