In
preparing counter-sabotage plans for a particular installation, the KPC is assisted by the Occupier of the installation and the District Commander of Police for that area. It should be borne in mind that Security Forces manpower is limited, SO that it is necessary for the KPC to adhere strictly to the assessment criteria when deciding which installations should be designated as Key Points.

Up-to-date lists of Key Points are held by Security Branch, Police HQ and HQBF.
