Should the circumstances or an emergency so Secretariat Emergency Coordination Centre Liaison Office (GSECC LO) will be established in Police Headquarters Command and Control Centre (HQCCC). The GSECC LO will be manned by up to three Assistant Controllers from the duty GSECC Manning Team.

The GSC Secretary, Assistant Secretary for Security (1),
assisted by secretarial support provided from the Security Branch, will work from this room.

The Legal Officer will also work from this room whenever he is called into the GSECC.
