Partial Level manning will permit the GSECC to be operated in response to a less serious threat where the GSECC's main role will be to provide a 'listening watch' for senior Secretariat Officers on the situation. Partial Level

Circumstances will dictate shift timings for both levels of manning and it may not be possible to adhere rigidly to the timetable. The first and last shifts may need to work slightly longer or shorter hours depending on the circumstances prevailing at the time.
