By
By virtue of Section 18 of the Essential Services Corps (General) Regulations Cap. 197, the CAS can be called out either in full, or in part. virture of Section 19 of the same Regulations, the Commissioner CAS has the authority to make a limited call-out with the prior approval of the Governor. Methods of calling out the CAS are laid own in the Emergency Operational Telephone Directory compiled by the Civil Aid Services which is updated annually.
