1. Thank you for giving me an opportunity to comment on the draft. As far as Hong Kong is concerned the draft Statement of Defence Estimates is consistent with current policy. However that policy is currently under review and could change quite dramatically. How any changes might iminge upon SDE 93 is being considered by SEC(O)(C) in the MOD.
