Eligibility for these posts is clearly

any cxisting Overseas officers as far ds we

fully accepted that only Chinese citizens

permanent residents with no right of
abode in any foreign country can fill these
posts:

Overseas permanent and
pensionable officers will not be allowed to

accepted permanent employment on their
existing terms; and
