Annex F
"resident British citizen"
means a British citizen who has
for a
at any time been ordinarily resident in Hong Kong for
continuous period of not less than 7 years either as a
British citizen or partly as a United Kingdom belonger and partly as a British citizen.
"resident United Kingdom belonger"
belonger" means a United Kingdom
belonger who was at any time before 1 January 1983
ordinarily resident in Hong Kong for a continuous period of
not less than 7 years.
