1. I am the biological mother of DINH THI BICH CHINH who is the 2nd Applicant in these proceedings. My former Chinese name was TO
VING HANG.
2. I have been shown a copy of the Affidavit of Michael Ho Chung Wai ("Mr. Ho") dated 18th December 1992 and the same has been translated into Vietnamese for me.
3. I wish to comment as follows regarding the contents of that Affidavit.
