1. I am the biological brother of DINH THI BICH CHINH who is the 2nd Applicant in these proceedings. I have been shown the Affidavit of NGUYEN THI HANH, sworn on 22 March 1993 and filed in these proceedings.
2. I have been shown a copy of the Affidavit of Michael Bo Chung Wai ("Mr. Ho") dated 18th December 1992 and the same has been translated into Vietnamese for me.
