1. I crave leave to refer to the Affidavit of Nguyen Thi Hanh dated 22 March 1993 and the exhibit thereto and to the Affidavit of Pamela Baker dated 25 March
1993 and the exhibits thereto, filed in these proceedings.
2. I am conversant with the English and Vietnamese languages and I make oath and say that the document marked NTH-1, being an exhibit to the Affidavit of the said Nguyen Thi Hanh and consisting of a six page document in the Vietnamese language, is the true, correct and complete Vietnamese translation made by me of pages 2,3,4,5,6 and 7 of the document marked PMB-7, being an exhibit to the
