The Diplomatic Service rules on conduct and discipline procedures form part of the Diplomatic Service Regulations, I enclose an up to date copy principally Regulations 8-20. of the Diplomatic Service Regulations which I hope will be helpful.
I understand that the Cabinet Office are responsible for general civil service policy on conduct and discipline. If you wish to contact them, you should write to Ms Lynne Stevens, Security Division, Cabinet Office, 70 Whitehall, London, SW1A 2AS. Ms Stevens may also be able to give you some information on the disciplinary procedures used by local
authorities.
