Consequent upon the promulgation
of the Acceptance of
Advantages (Governor's Fermission) Notice 1992 in CSB Circular Memorandum No. 99/92 dated 4 December 1992, the following amendments are necessitated :

(a) all reference to : of
the Acceptance Advantages (Governor's Permission) Notice 1981 in CSRS 444(1), 448(4), 475 (2), 482 (2) (1)
475(2),
and 482 (4) should now be replaced by Acceptance of Advantages (Governor's Permission) Notice 1992;
(b)
the existing pages containing Annexures, 3.4, 3.5 and 3.6 to CSR on the Frevention of Bribery Ordinance and the acceptance of advantages regulations should be destroyed and replaced by the attached amendment sheets (Amendment sheets No. 2(1) /93 to 2(24) 193).
In addition, please note the following corrigendum to CSR Amendment sheet No.
85(a)/92 issued vide CSB Circular Memorandum 99/92 dated 4.12.92: The numbering of the sub-paragraph starting from the second line should be (2). (i.e. CSR 410(2)).
