Civil Service Branch Circulars which are still in force are listed in the Appendix to this Circular. All other Civil Service Branch Circulars should be considered as having lapsed because they have been incorporated in Civil Service Regulations, superseded by subsequent circulars or contain information of a temporary nature on which no further action need be taken.
2.
Heads of Departments should ensure that all Civil Service Branch Circulars are given appropriate distribution, and that suitable arrangements are made for them to be seen by officers who are on leave at the time of issue.
3.
Civil Service Branch Circular No. 1/92 is hereby cancelled.
