I refer to the amendments/to Special Clause 14 which have been suggested by Johnson Stokes and Masters (JSM). I think that all their suggestions are improvements; some are more important than others, but they are all helpful.
2.
In the phase, "subject to receipt of the compensation monies referred to below", suggested by JSM, I would prefer to see the word "upon" replacing the words "subject to". I think this would strengthen the provision further. However, if the view is taken that we are unlikely to get away with this, I am content to stay with the suggestion made by JSM.
