SBTC: ACCOMMODATION
1.
Further to my letter to John Morris, HKD, of 17 December here is a photograph of the Repulse Bay Duplex. The accommodation is on two floors. On the left is a roofed-in garden opening off the dining-room, approx 10 metres x 14 metres (part patio, part lawn); on the right is a 70 yard long garden the full extent of the building with three patios, lawns and shrubs. There is an outdoor bar (marked X) and a service unit which houses an outdoor kitchen (marked XX). The larger garden is reached from the main sitting-room.
There is no access for other inhabitants of the block.

The photos were taken from a distance the construction site is a long way from the flats.
