write to advise
of
two minor amendments to the proposed grant conditions, which will in no way have any effect on the terms and conditions already agreed.

The first amendment relates to Special Condition (11) you will note the words "subject to these conditions" appears in line one and also in the second line of (11)(a). As this is an unnecessary duplication the words
words appearing in the second line of (11)(a) will be deleted.

The second amendment relates to the proposed
Special Condition (14) (a) first line
the factor of "one fifty-fifth" will need to be amended to "one fifty-fourth" as the grant will be made in 1993, not 1992.
It would also be appreciated if you could confirm the Grantee. Our records tend to indicate that the prospective Grantee is "The Secretary for State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs" is this currect.
