Further to your conversation with Mr. J. Hughes, please find attached hereto a finalised set of grant conditions for your information.
As soon as you confirm your agreement of the conditions they will be engrossed and forwarded to you for execution.
You will note that there have been some minor amendments to the conditions owing to them being updated. These amendments are as follows

General Condition 8 has been updated in line with Government policy;
(ii)
General Condition 16 is deleted owing clause referring to New Kowloon lots;

Special Condition (6) has been updated;
