e) MVD. We agreed that MVD should be asked to send an expert to Hong Kong to go over the arrangements for immigration, visa and passport sections with HK Immigration people. Not consultation in a formal sense but just to ensure no points had been missed. This may or may not be timed to coincide with the briefing of the local coordinating committee.
f) BTC interest. Background material on Farrell is being sent
to commercial section. We should ensure we record them as a
locally established company. I suggested they might join the British Chamber. They are bidding for a job with the MTRC, likely to be decided within a week.
