General
The SOR total nett areas are approximately correct. But a lot of the individual nett floor areas are well below the SOR requirements. e.g. Passport Section is minus 290m2 and Immigration Section is 135m2 below the requirements. There are also some functional omissions some of which are serious and could be difficult to fit in.
