To seek the views of the Coordinating Committee's members on the Farrell designs especially at the key stages of:
Post brief sketches
Preliminary sketch plans
Final Sketch plans
and after any significant alterations to the design, and to advise the Steering Committee direct through the Project Coordinator (Mr Morris).
3 Presentations of designs will be arranged by OED's Project Manager (Mr Newey). However, the technical advice can be sought from OED's local Project Manager (Mr Holdaway of Swire Properties Projects Ltd).
