DESPITE THE ALLEGED INVIOLABILITY OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS, HKG HAVE IN FACT EXTENDED CONDITION 8. OUR ABILITY TO ALTER THE NEW BUILDING DURING THE TERM OF THE GRANT IS THEREBY DENIED ALTHOUGH AS FAR AS WE CAN SEE WE COULD DEMOLISH IT AND START AGAIN. CONDITION 16 WAS NOT RELEVANT TO OUR GRANT AND IS REMOVED. WE THINK WE CAN LIVE WITH ALL THIS.
