The total building is provided with a fully automatic sprinkler system complying with the latest Code requirements. In addition, fire hydrant and hose reel systems are provided together with a fire alarm and detection system including fire alarm pull stations, smoke and heat detectors. The building is fully equipped to comply with life safety standards.

Power for tenant facilities is provided by busbar risers to provide optimum flexibility for tenant power connections including possible increases for future requirements. A comprehensive underfloor trunking system is provided for tenant power, telephone and data distribution at the typical floors. This system provides flexibility for office arrangements and open planning arrangements.

Energy efficient lighting is

provided for office floors with an average illuminance of 500 LUX.

Allowance is provided in the design for tenant power and low voltage. systems including telephone block wiring for increases in future tenant requirements and spare duct and riser space for installation of particular individual tenant. information and communication

services.

The building is provided with a common plumbing & drainage system with pressurized water supply to all fixtures. Hot water is provided to the showers and lavatory basins at the executive toilets.

All sanitary fixtures, trim and accessories are of the highest quality. A pantry is provided at each typical office floor and in addition plumbing & drainage

stubouts are provided for connection of individual tenant pantries within the office space if required.
