At the junction of Queen's Road Central, Ice House Street and Des Voeux Road Central, this development will be connected to Hongkong Land's unique footbridge network linking it to Central Government Offices (West Wing), Standard Chartered Bank Building, Hong Kong and Shanghai Bank Building and virtually all Hongkong Land's other buildings in Core Central. The same footbridge network also provides direct and easy access to the Mass Transit Railway, taxis and bus depot and ferry piers.

The development comprises a retail shopping podium (partly 3 storeys and partly 4 storeys) plus one basement covering the whole site; parking of service vehicles only is provided within the basement. A tower block of 31 office floors plus 2 mechanical floors will be on top of the south side of the podium; the office tower will have its own separate and distinguished main entrance at Queen's Road Central.
Substructure for the major part of the development is near completion and it is anticipated that superstructure will commence later in 1989 and the whole development will be completed towards the end of 1991.
