Reviewed with HKD in May 1991.
Fitting out in hand
Site of Colvin House agreed. Terms of Private Treaty Grant being finalised. Project Manager appointed (Swire Group). Architect selection imminent.
Preliminary overtures made to HKG.
Possible use of former GCHQ flats at Pendragon under consideration.
6 Future Action
Review regularly.
Move to BTC
Private Treaty Grant and Lease from HKG to be completed. Design and construction process to be implemented and completed during 1996.
Secure appropriate housing.
