GENERAL: SCHEDULE OF
Objectives
1.
I visited Hong Kong 3 to 6 December 1991 with the main objectives of discussing and progressing and agreeing the Schedule of Requirements (SOR) with the various interested parties e.g. British Trade Commission (BTC), British Council and Procurement Unit in order to develop the Architect's brief with OED's Project Manager and Project Architect (Mr Newey and Mr Whittle were also visiting at the same time).
Summary

The revised confidential version of the SOR (copy attached Annex A) has now been accepted by BTC, Procurement Unit and British Council Hong Kong and the appropriate Departments and British Council in London. There is little change to the previous overall gross area (Oct 91) the new figure 18,816m2 compares to the October figures of 18,848m2 (see Annex B for full comparison).
