I should also mention that it is not the intention to Create any legal obligation either on you or on Government, ΠΟΣ regardless of whether correspondence may be entered into on the subject will the Government accept any such obligation, unless and until the legal documents necessary to give legal effect to this proposal are executed on behalf of the Governor and registered in and issued out of the Registrar General's Department (Land office).
Finally, I wish to advise that these basic terms are open for acceptance until 28th February 1992. If written confirmation that the terms offered are acceptable to the prospective grantee is not received by that date, the terms quoted will be deemed to have been withdrawn.
