at the end of the day, the question of whether the MOJ will go back on its decision not to proceed with the extradition is likely to depend, to a very large extent, upon pulitical (rather than legal) considerations; however, the french lawyers think it unlikely that the MOJ will decide to proceed even if their current decision is anulled by legal proceedings.
Osman has already tried to take advantage of the MOJ's decision in the proceeding in which he has engaged and is highly likely to rask to take advantage of any decision by Hong Kong not to exhaust
For this reason, any opportunities to challenge that decision.
