Letter dated 11 May 1992 from our Paris office summarising the Gracious Request procedure;
Preliminary draft of the "legal part" of the Gracious Request to the French Government.
The French text of the Gracious Request was sent to Mr Wise, Counsel of the British Embassy in Paris, earlier today. It is a first draft and a factual summary of the background and allegations will be incorporated as an introduction in due course. The complete document will be reviewed by Madame Masse, the Specialist Advocate in Paris.
