106. We agreed that this should be new information executed by a different officer of the ICAC filed before the Magistrate on which to base the warrant.

We discussed Article 188 to 189 of the French Code of Civil Procedure that dealt with nouvelle factuelment. M. Gonzales said that whilst this juris prudence may not be applicable in relation to extradition for criminal offences It may give us an indication or be of some assistance by virtue of its definition, Gonzales said he would speak to M. Chauvy and seek his views on these matters. Gonzales said he would contact Chauvy before the end of month to seek his guidance and comments. M. Gonzales and I then discussed a shopping list in relation to a number of outstanding tasks that had to be attended to and in particular he identified the following areas:-
