1 For what it is worth, I enclose a copy of an article which
appeared in the International Herald Tribune on 26 February about an action brought against Bank Bumiputra Malaysia. The Carrian connection makes me wonder if this is in any way linked with the Osman affair.
2 Perhaps you could let me know if there is any reason to think that this development might result in yet another habeas corpus application!
